Sheep?

So what’s up with the name and the sheep thing??

In 2025 we had a vision… while sipping coffee together in a local shop we thought.. why don’t we bring back the old sheep-home-show-craft-fair thing?

See, growing up my mom had this group of friends. Very artistic friends. One in particular could calligraphy better than anyone (before we knew to cheat by writing then coloring in half of the letter…), she could paint really cute country designs, and somehow a sheep ended up on everything. Her husband would create these objects from wood and she would turn them into something country, cute, calligraphied, with a Bible verse and a sheep. Always a sheep.

This was before we had computers, nothing was 3D printed and the only phone hung on a wall by the kitchen. Truly the good ole days.

So when Mom and I had coffee that morning I thought, we need to have a home craft market and a sheep has to be involved. Thus, the “Ewe” in Ewe-nique Makers Market was born.

I consider it a gift to have such wonderful women around when I was growing up. I consider it an unbelievable gift to be able to do this with my mom. I’m so thankful we get to do this together; to carry on the sheep and to invest in such amazing women around us.

Hi, we are Terry & Beth Anne; a mother-daughter duo out to bring homemade crafts to our community and have fun in the process!

Welcome to the Ewe-nique Makers Market page! We created this page to help promote and provide information for a new Makers Market that’s truly Ewe-nique.

We are starting small in March of 2026 and who knows where this will go. Get excited!
